Ukrainian Anyway ("we") is a free community marketplace for Ukrainians living abroad. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions? Email support@ukrainian-anyway.com.
Data we collect
Account data you provide: email address, username, display name, and optionally a phone number and avatar. Listing data you publish: titles, descriptions, photos, prices and the contact details you choose to include. Technical data: a small number of cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your language and theme. We also count how many times a listing is viewed.
How we use your data
To operate the service — show your listings, let people contact you, run moderation and keep the marketplace safe. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
Who can see it
Anything you put in a listing (including the contact methods you add) is public by design, so that buyers can reach you. Your profile shows your username, display name, avatar and join date. Your email is never shown publicly, and your phone is shown only if you add it to a listing yourself.
Hosting and processors
Your data is stored with Supabase, our hosting and database provider, on servers in the European Union. They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
Your rights
You can view and edit your profile at any time, and delete your account entirely from Settings — this removes your profile, listings and uploaded files. If you are in the EU, you also have rights under the GDPR to access, correct, export or erase your data; contact us to exercise them.
